Frontline Department
We're looking for a seasoned leadership expert with a proven track record of developing leaders across industries or academic institutions. You'll design and deliver our Leadership Clinic curriculum within the Shift by DFI model.
What We're Looking For:
A bachelor's degree or higher
1-2+ years facilitating leadership development programs (or equivalent experience)
Deep expertise in executive coaching or organizational leadership
Enjoy working with students and/or corporate professionals
Exceptional ability to create psychologically safe, high-intensity learning environments
Open to continuous learning and feedback
Ability to lead and coordinate effective and transformative sessions
*PS: This is an outdoor role, and intending candidates must enjoy meeting new people and going to corporate settings, including companies, private colleges, and universities, etc., to coach and equip people with pivotal skills.
Frontline Department
We need a dynamic and skilled public speaking coach who can transform reluctant communicators into commanding, magnetic speakers. You'll be the voice behind our Public Speaking Workshop — in classrooms, boardrooms, and retreat stages.
What We're Looking For:
A bachelor's degree or higher
1-2+ years coaching public speaking, presentation, or communication skills
Demonstrable track record of speaker transformations
Stage-ready yourself — you model what you teach
Skilled in speech anxiety, storytelling, and body language coaching
Open to continuous learning and feedback
Ability to lead and coordinate effective and transformative sessions
Experience with both youth (students) and adult (professional) audiences

We need a master of the inner game — someone who can guide individuals through deep mindset shifts, belief rewiring, and purpose discovery. You'll lead our Personal Development Bootcamp within all our programs.
What We're Looking For:
A bachelor's degree or higher
1-2+ in mindset coaching, life coaching, or psychology-adjacent fields
Ability to facilitate deeply personal, transformative group processes
Open to continuous learning and feedback
Ability to lead and coordinate effective and transformative sessions
Experience with both youth (students) and adult (professional) audiences

Sales/Marketing Department
We need a digital marketing volunteer, a master of the outer game—someone who can guide our brand through high-impact sales and digital growth, strategic visibility, and audience engagement. You’ll lead our Digital Growth Engine across all our programs and platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
1-2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on conversion-focused copywriting and performance metrics.
Proven SEO Expertise: Deep experience in technical SEO, search-intent analysis, and translating keyword research into revenue impact.
Social Media Management: Ability to lead and coordinate effective social media strategies that drive engagement and community growth.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with "AI-augmented" content creation and structured quality control workflows.
Diverse Audience Reach: Ability to tailor messaging for both youth (students) and adult (professional) audiences.
