Under the team's guidance, I saw a massive shift in my time management and work-life balance, allowing me to show up more authentically in my leadership roles. I failed forward I must tell you.

Working on an instruction-led project under the team was a turning point. "I can remember the first time I heard about deA favoured ink, I had my doubts. But attending the first session, I could see that there was true value. From being scared to face even the smallest number of people to being able to take on a large crowd in class without fear. The program not only taught me how to speak publicly, but also equipped me with leadership and personal development skills. It was after the third session that I had to do a presentation in class. I thought it would go badly, but it went so well that even I was amazed.
